Beijing: An article by Xi Jinping, general secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, on promoting the development of new quality productive forces in light of local conditions will be published on Sunday.

According to Namibia Press Agency, the article by Xi, who is also the Chinese president and chairman of the Central Military Commission, will be featured in this year's 22nd issue of the Qiushi Journal, a flagship magazine of the CPC Central Committee.
