BEIJING: Chinese President Xi Jinping on Wednesday sent a congratulatory message to Maia Sandu on her reelection as president of Moldova. In his message, Xi highlighted the traditional friendly partnership between China and Moldova, noting that bilateral relations have seen steady development over recent years, especially with the progress in Belt and Road cooperation.
According to Namibia Press Agency, Xi emphasized his commitment to the development of China-Moldova relations and expressed his willingness to collaborate with Sandu to guide their bilateral relations towards steady and long-term growth.
