Tunisia secured a medal tally of 8, including 5 gold, 2 silver and 1 bronze, at the World Para Athletics Grand Prix 2023 – the 14th Fazza International Championships in Dubai ( February 26– March 1).
Wheelchair champion Walid Ktila sntached three medals (one gold in 100m, one silver in 400m and one bronze in 800m T34).
His compatriot Raouaa Tlili won two gold medals in discus and shot put (F41) and one silver in 800m.
Walid Guennichi bagged gold in Men’s Shot Put F36, while Nourhène Haj Salem took gold in Women’s Shot Put – F40.
