Ouagadougou: In a preparation match for the Women's AFCON Morocco 2026, the Stallions, Burkina Faso's women's national team, defeated FUS Rabat 5-0. The match took place on Wednesday evening in Mohammedia, Casablanca.

According to Burkina Information Agency, Pascal Sawadogo's players displayed a commanding performance against FUS Rabat, the Moroccan runners-up. This test match served as an opportunity for the technical staff to evaluate the team's understanding of tactical instructions and the progress achieved through numerous training sessions conducted since the start of their preparations.

With five days remaining before their AFCON opener against Ivory Coast, the Stallions Women are focusing on final adjustments to ensure optimal performance for the final phase of the Women's AFCON Morocco 2026, which is scheduled from July 25 to August 16.
