Potchefstroom – A 47-year-old woman is set to appear before the Klerksdorp Magistrates’ Court on Monday, 13 November 2023, on a charge of murder.
According to South African Police Service, the arrest followed the discovery of a 56-year-old man’s body on Thursday evening, 9 November 2023, in Hartbeesfontein along the R503 road.
The deceased was found in a Toyota Land Cruiser vehicle with a stab wound on the upper body. Emergency medical services personnel declared the victim dead at the scene. Following a comprehensive investigation, the suspect was apprehended on Friday, 10 November 2023, in Hartbeesfontein.
