WOLKITE – A public rally in support of ongoing national reforms was held in Wolkite town, located in the Central Ethiopia Regional state. The event was attended by Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed along with high-level federal and regional officials, zonal leaders, and residents of Wolkite, the capital of the Gurage zone.

According to Ethiopian News Agency, the rally featured a series of messages advocating for the reforms. Similar events have taken place across various regions in Ethiopia in recent weeks, showcasing widespread support for the reform initiatives. The Government Communication Service of Ethiopia has noted that significant achievements have been made in various sectors over the last six years under Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed’s leadership.
