According to Namibia Press Agency, the Vietnam Association of Seafood Exporters and Producers detailed that shrimp led the surge with export values climbing to $2.8 billion, a 10.5 percent increase year on year. Tra fish also showed strong performance, with revenues rising 8 percent to $1.46 billion during the same period. While tuna exports experienced a slowdown starting August due to a raw material shortage, they still posted a 16 percent increase, totaling $715 million over nine months.
