Both teams have shown strong performances over the course of eight games, positioning themselves at the top of their groups.

According to Namibia Press Agency, Union leads Group A with 15 points, having secured four wins, three draws, and one loss. They have scored 13 goals while conceding six. Barracas Central shares the top spot with Union, also boasting 15 points but with a slightly inferior goal difference, having scored 11 and conceded eight. Boca Juniors and Central Cordoba are close behind, both with 13 points, followed by Banfield, also with 13 points but with a less favorable goal difference.

In Group B, River Plate stands out with an impressive 18 points, remaining undefeated with five wins and three draws. They have been formidable in attack, scoring 16 goals and conceding only five.
