Tripoli, The Acting Minister of Interior, Imad Trabelsi, and Chief of the General Staff of the Libyan Army, Lt. Gen. Mohamed Al-Haddad, Sunday, held a broad security meeting, in the presence of heads of a number of security agencies, to discuss security cooperation and coordination.
The Ministry of Interior stated on its Facebook account that the meeting was attended by the Chief of Staff of the Land Forces, Maj. Gen. Al-Fitouri Grebeel, head of Internal Security Agency, Brig. Gen. Lutfi Al-Harari, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior for Public Affairs, Maj. Gen. Mahmoud Saeed and the head of the Border Guard, Mohamed Al-Marhani.
According to the ministry, the meeting dealt with security cooperation and coordination, and discussed several security topics and issues designed to strengthening cooperation between the Ministry of Interior and other security and military agencies.
