Abuja: Nigeria’s national oil company, NNPC Ltd, has announced the restoration of oil production to 275,000 barrels per day (bpd) at its joint venture with TotalEnergies. This development follows successful negotiations to end industrial action by workers.

According to Africa News Agency, an agreement was signed between TotalEnergies, the Petroleum and Natural Gas Senior Staff Association, and the Nigerian Union of Petroleum and Natural Gas Workers, representing the industry’s workforce.
