Tonga’s King Tupou VI to Visit China

Beijing: At the invitation of Chinese President Xi Jinping, King Tupou VI of the Kingdom of Tonga will pay a state visit to China from Nov. 21 to 27, a Chinese foreign ministry spokesperson said on Thursday.

According to Namibia Press Agency, the visit is expected to strengthen diplomatic ties between the two nations. King Tupou VI's visit comes as part of ongoing efforts to enhance cooperation and mutual understanding between China and Tonga.

The visit will include meetings with Chinese officials to discuss various bilateral issues. This marks an important event in the diplomatic calendar for both countries, highlighting the significance of the relationship between China and Tonga.
