Ouagadougou—The town of Titao in Loroum province was supplied with at least 500 tons of food on October 21, 2023, thanks to a secured convoy from the Combatant Forces.

According to a new release by the Burkina Information Agency, a convoy of vehicles, motorcycle taxis, and motorcyclists arrived in Titao carrying the supplies. The convoy also enabled the return of administrative officials and several internally displaced people to the town. Several teachers and volunteers also returned, allowing for the resumption of educational activities. The Combatant Forces aim to secure full control of the Ouahigouya-Titao axis in the near future.
