In 2017, she founded Social Coding, a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing digital literacy in rural areas, particularly among unemployed youth.

Magajana, who initially pursued a career in finance for financial stability, always harbored a passion for technology. Social Coding recruits, trains, and employs unemployed young people to deliver digital literacy programs in local high schools.

These initiatives aim to empower students to embrace technology and bridge the digital divide. Since its inception, the organization has impacted over 6,000 people across South Africa.

Currently, Social Coding operates with a team of fifteen and has extended its reach to four provinces in South Africa. The organization has also expanded to Zambia in collaboration with Absa Bank, aiming to reach the continent’s most remote and marginalized communities.
