The Prime Minister on an official visit to Nicaragua

The Prime Minister, Me Apollinaire Joachimson KYELEM de TAMBELA, will make an official visit to Managua, capital of Nicaragua, from July 19 to 21, 2023.

In this country located in Central America, the Head of Government of the Transition and his delegation will participate in the official ceremony of the 44th anniversary of the triumph of the Sandinista revolution.

On the menu of Me Apollinaire Joachimson KYELEM de TAMBELA’s stay, there is also an interview with the President of the National Assembly of Nicaragua, Dr Gustavo Porras, as well as a meeting at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs during which agreements and a memorandum will be signed.

Nicaragua is the largest country in Central America, with an area of 130,373 km2. It has two coasts on the Pacific Ocean to the west and the Caribbean Sea to the east. Its climate is tropical in the coastal plains and cooler in the mountainous areas of the north.

The population of Nicaragua has passed the 6,000,000 mark and due to the geographical profile of the country, a significant proportion of the population is concentrated in the Pacific zone of the country. 60% of the population lives in urban areas.
