The C-CEB of Ouargaye Calls for Solidarity and Civic Engagement During Flag-Raising Ceremony


Koulpelogo: On the occasion of the raising of the colors at the Centre A School in Ouargaye, the Head of the Basic Education District (C-CEB) of Ouargaye, Armand Noukoubri, delivered a strong message this Tuesday morning to teachers and students, calling for solidarity and patriotism.



According to Burkina Information Agency, this ceremony is part of the schedule of activities initiated by the Ministry of Basic Education, Literacy and Promotion of National Languages, in connection with the National Days of Patriotic Commitment and Citizen Participation.



In its intervention, the C-CEB invited the educational community to show solidarity with vulnerable people and to actively engage in peace and social cohesion efforts.



He also stressed the need to promote local food, an initiative aimed at enhancing national resources and encouraging local consumption.



Mr. Noukoubri also emphasized the importance given by educational authorities to the promotion of national languages, which guarantees better inclusion and a strengthening of cultural identity.



During the ceremony, several activities were announced as part of these days, including the promotion of local food and hygiene in different schools, with the aim of strengthening civic engagement within the educational world.



The District Chief finally urged teachers and students to fully embrace these initiatives and resolutely commit to their implementation, in order to contribute effectively to building a more united and resilient society.
