To enhance the production and marketing of horticultural products by approximately 10,000 small rural farmers, the African Development Bank (AfDB) has allocated a grant of $2.5 million.
According to a new release by the AfDB, the project involves promoting sustainable and climate-smart agricultural practices, agroecological techniques, biodiversity, and landscape management strategies. The initiative aims to improve both production and climate advisory services, as well as post-harvest management.
