Statement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs regarding news on the arrest of Dionysis-Fredi Beleri, a KEAD candidate for Mayor of the Municipality of Himare (12.05.2023)

Following the news on the arrest by Albanian authorities of Dionysis-Fredi Beleri, candidate for Mayor of the Municipality of Himare, representing KEAD, the Greek Ambassador in Tirana, Konstantina Kamitsi, makes  today May 12, upon instructions from Minister of Foreign Affairs Nikos Dendias, a demarche to the Albanian Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs.
