Pretoria – Swartkops police detectives are urgently seeking the community's help in locating a 56-year-old woman, Yolande Le Roux, who went missing on Monday, 20 November 2023. Le Roux reportedly left her home in Hillcrest Drive, Bluewater Bay, using an e-hailing service to go to the shop around 13:00. When she did not return after an hour, her husband contacted her, only to find her cell phone with a family/work colleague who stated it was left in the e-hailing vehicle.

According to South African Police Service, the e-hailing driver, upon being traced, informed her husband that he dropped Mrs. Le Roux near the Boardwalk mall in Marine Drive. A missing person report was filed with SAPS Swartkops on Tuesday, 21 November 2023. The police are now conducting a search and have appealed for assistance in finding Mrs. Le Roux.
