Pretoria, South Africa – Ndilinasho David Joseph, a 27-year-old suspect, appeared in the Bela-Bela Magistrates court this afternoon, November 10, 2023, following his recent arrest by the Directorate for Priority Crime Investigation’s Serious Corruption Investigation team. Joseph turned himself in at the Bela-Bela police station on November 9, 2023.
According to South Africa Police Service, Joseph, along with another accused, Froliana Joseph, aged 30, appeared for their bail application. Froliana had previously appeared in court on November 7, 2023, facing charges of housebreaking, theft, and an additional charge of money laundering against Imanuela David. Their case has been postponed to November 17, 2023, for the judgement of the bail application. Imanuela David is also scheduled to return on the same date with legal representation.
