Sourou High School Donates 135,025 FCFA for Tougan Surveillance Posts.


Sourou: A delegation of staff from the Tougan provincial high school, led by Principal Abdoulaye Touze Zina, presented a sum of 135,025 FCFA to Ouiougou Tiendrébéogo, the president of the special delegation of the commune, on October 30, 2024, in Tougan. This contribution is aimed at supporting the construction of surveillance posts in the city.

According to Burkina Information Agency, this donation is in response to the appeal for contributions made by local authorities, which seeks to enhance security in the city through the establishment of surveillance posts. The initiative reflects the community’s commitment to ensuring safety and order in the area.

A week prior to this donation, the Provincial Crisis Support Committee for Sourou (CPCAS) contributed 550,000 FCFA for the purchase of five tons of cement, further supporting the construction efforts.
