The Minister of Finance of the Federal Government of Somalia, Dr. Elmi Mohamoud Nur delivered an important speech at the fifth session of the United Nations Least Developed Countries in Doha, Qatar.

The Minister focused his speech on the change in the financial management system, which the Somali government has taken a big responsibility to ensure the stability of the financial system in our country.

On the other hand, had a meeting with the CEO of OPEC Dr. Abdulhamid Alkhalifa, the meeting discussed the issue of debt relief as OPEC is one of the institutions that owe the Somali Government.
