In the city of Solenzo, the special delegation of the municipality of Kouka convened its third ordinary session of the year on October 17 and 18. This meeting marks the first time the session was held in the town hall since the departure of the administration due to terrorism.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the president of the special delegation, the session was made possible through the vigilance of the Defense and Security Forces (FDS) and Volunteers for the Defense of the Fatherland (VDP) who are monitoring the security of the Kouka population. Ilboudo noted that, due to collective efforts, the town is gradually reviving and the administration has been re-established.
