After eight years of service in the Yagha, he was assigned to the public primary school of Tikaldji, in the commune of Gorgadji. In the same town, he continued his journey in several establishments. The public primary schools of Pekou, Bangataka-Lr, and Gorgadji A benefited from his professional rigor. His commitment and skills led him to the ‚¬Å¡¬°cole normale suprieure of the University of Koudougou where he followed two years of training before being appointed head of the CEB of Sampelga. This appointment is the culmination of a steady upward trajectory. Starting with the rank of certified assistant teacher (IAC), Yacouba Sawadogo has gradually gone through the different stages of his career. He successively became a certified primary school teacher (IC), a senior teacher (IP), and then an inspector of primary and non-formal education (IEPENF).

These promotions reflect not only the recognition of his peers but also the constancy of a work accomplished with dedication in a sometimes difficult security context, in the heart of the Sahel. For many teachers, he remains a model of resilience and professionalism. After 21 years of service to the nation in the provinces of Yagha and Sno, Inspector Sawadogo is leaving Liptako to join his new post in the Centre region.

Taking the floor, Inspector Yacouba Sawadogo expressed his gratitude to the educational community. "I leave with a feeling of joy and real pleasure at a mission well accomplished. The Sahel has given me everything. I would like to thank all the actors for this mark of recognition," he said. The DPEPPNF of Sno, Hamadou Boureima Dicko, in turn, praised the sense of sacrifice, commitment, and loyalty of the man in the service of the Burkinabe school. For him, the departure of Mr. Sawadogo is a loss, but also a pride for the province which is seeing the departure of one of its most experienced executives.
