S©no/CSAP© 2026: 34 Teachers Sit for PCE Exam in Dori

Ouagadougou: Thirty-four primary school teachers participated in the written tests for the Higher Certificate of Pedagogical Aptitude (CSAP©) in Dori, as part of the 2026 session. This professional examination is a crucial step towards their promotion to the rank of certified primary school teacher (PCE).

According to Burkina Information Agency, a total of 66 candidates registered for the CSAP© at the Dori center. However, only 34 candidates chose to take the exam there, while the remaining 32 opted for different centers across the country, in line with the examination's organizational arrangements.

The regional director of Preschool, Primary, and Non-Formal Education (DREPPNF) for Liptako/Soum, Noufou Tao, officially commenced the tests at 7:20 a.m. by opening the envelope containing the exam subjects. He encouraged the candidates to remain composed and strictly follow the guidelines to ensure the examination's credibility and transparency.

The examination encompassed subjects such as general pedagogy, educational psychology, school administration and management, and the didactics of various primary school disciplines. Successful candidates will gain access to the rank of certified primary school teacher, allowing them to assume greater educational responsibilities aimed at enhancing learning outcomes.
