Emmett: Two men lost their lives when a small plane crashed in the Black Canyon area east of Emmett in Idaho, as reported by local authorities.
According to Namibia Press Agency, the Gem County Sheriff's Office stated that the aircraft collided with a power line around 11 a.m. (1800 GMT) during its flight, subsequently crashing into an icy section of a river. Law enforcement officers, along with county fire and emergency services personnel, swiftly responded to the crash site. An investigation is underway to determine the cause of the accident.
The crash also resulted in a power outage affecting eastern Gem County, adding to the challenges faced by the local community.
