The new Provincial Director (DP) of water and sanitation of Sissili, Fabrice Kondé was officially installed on Monday October 2, 2023 in Léo, in his functions, by the Secretary General (SG) of the province, Baowindsida Bingo.
He replaces the outgoing DP, Moussa Ramdé, in this position, appointed Regional Director (DR) of water and sanitation in the South-West.
The staff representative, Abdoul Aziz Rabika, on behalf of his colleagues, expressed his thanks to Mr. Ramdé for his frank collaboration, his availability at their side, his advice and his directives.
He asked for forgiveness from the outgoing DP for all the failings towards him.
Mr. Rabika congratulated the outgoing man for the many achievements made under his leadership during his stay in the province of Sissili.
He specified tha
t the work of Moussa Ramdé enabled the province of Sissili to achieve an access rate to drinking water of 64.3% in 2022 and to sanitation of 21.70% at the same time. period.
He wished every success in his new role as regional director of water and sanitation for the South West.
The staff representative reassured the incoming DP of water and sanitation of Sissili, Fabrice Kondé of the availability of all his collaborators to support him in the success of his mission.
The outgoing DP, Moussa Ramdé also expressed his gratitude to the highest authorities for the renewed confidence by appointing him DR of water and sanitation of the South-West.
He thanked local authorities, technical service managers, partners and his former collaborators for their invaluable support in achieving the expected results.
