SISSILI — Sissili province has seen a notable improvement in its educational outcomes, with a success rate of 78.62% in the 2024 Primary Education Certificate (CEP) exams. This year's results show an increase from the previous year's rate of 69.85%.
According to Burkina Information Agency, the provincial director of preschool, primary, and non-formal education in Sissili, out of 6,074 registered candidates, 5,916 participated in the exams, with boys achieving an 80.43% success rate and girls 77.27%. The exams were held across 36 centers with eight juries involved in the evaluation. The CEB of Niabouri recorded the highest success rate at 91.63%, while Boura had the lowest with 70.19%.
