Sissili: A rise of colors to mark the 2nd edition of the days of patriotic commitment. As part of the 2nd national edition of the days of patriotic commitment and citizen participation (JEPPC), a solemn ceremony of raising the colors took place Wednesday in L©o. Chaired by the High Commissioner of Sissili, Tewind© Isaac Sia, this activity brought together all the constituted bodies and the vital forces of the province.
According to Burkina Information Agency, the 2nd edition of patriotic commitment and civic participation will be held from March 26 to 9, 2025 under the theme “for order and discipline: I commit myself.” The national anthem was sung in “Nuni” (local language) by learners from the Non-Formal Basic Education Center (CBNF) during the raising of the colors.
On this occasion, the High Commissioner of Sissili, Tewind© Isaac Sia read the message from the President of Faso, Captain Ibrahim Traor©. Mr. Sia recalled the commitment of the Head of State, President Captain Ibrahim Traor©, to make order and discipline his leitmotif for a strong and sovereign nation. He welcomed the large turnout for the day, which he said demonstrated everyone’s commitment to the ideals of the Transition.
