Shabana FC Falls to Nairobi United in 3-1 Home Defeat

Kisii: Shabana FC suffered a second defeat in a row at home after falling 3-1 to Nairobi United at Gusii Stadium on Sunday. The match showcased a fast-paced start, with the visiting team taking an early lead.

According to Kenya News Agency, the visitors' advantage came through Dancan Omala, who scored in the 21st minute. The first half ended with Nairobi United doubling their lead when Michael Karamor found the net in the dying minutes.

As the second half commenced, Nairobi United, known as Naibois, continued their strong performance. Omala secured his brace in the 58th minute, effectively sealing the win for his team. Despite a late penalty goal by Brian Michira, Shabana FC could not overturn the deficit.

The defeat leaves Shabana FC in 5th place in the FKF Premier League table with 23 points.
