Seno: The Sahel National Police Cleans Up Schools A, B and F in Dori


Dori: The Regional Directorate of the Sahel National Police organized a sanitation day on Saturday in the courtyard of schools A, B, and F. The event saw the participation of the defense and security forces (FDS), constituted bodies, teachers, students, parents, and the local population of Dori.

According to Burkina Information Agency, Police Commissioner Bruce Tuina, representing the regional director of the Sahel National Police, stated that this activity is part of a series of initiatives under the 2nd phase of the Days of Patriotic Commitment and Citizen Participation (JEPPC). The initiative, held under the theme “For order and discipline, I commit!”, is scheduled from October 2 to 16, 2025. Commissioner Tuina highlighted other activities under JEPPC, such as public awareness campaigns promoting traffic law adherence and civic values.

scipline and civic-mindedness among the youth. Commissioner Tuina expressed gratitude towards all participants, including the FDS, teachers, students, and Dori residents, for their collective effort towards this initiative.

The Secretary General of the Sahel region, Mr. Auguste Kinda, who was present at the event, praised the National Police for their initiative. He encouraged the public to embrace the JEPPC theme by adhering to traffic regulations, engaging in civic behaviors, and participating in the sanitation of their communities.

Mrs. Alimarou Guire /Lompo, a participant in the event, shared her pride in contributing to an action that promotes cleanliness and collective well-being. This initiative by the Sahel Regional Police Directorate is a testament to their civic and patriotic commitment.
