Second Horn Dialogue Series Opens in Addis Ababa

Addis Ababa — The second installment of the Horn Dialogue Series started today in Addis Ababa, focusing on regional security issues in the Horn of Africa. The event’s theme is “Navigating the complexities: fostering regional security in the Horn of Africa.”

According to Ethiopian News Agency, the dialogue features participation from Mesganu Arga, State Minister of Foreign Affairs, along with various scholars, international experts, and diplomats. The series serves as a platform for discussing key regional challenges and fostering cooperation among the Horn of Africa nations.
