Banwa: The population of Sanaba, mobilized as one, swept the market clean on Friday, November 28, 2025, following a call from the municipal authorities.

According to Burkina Information Agency, large crowds turned out to clean up the Sanaba market. They were supported by a strong mobilization of the defense and security forces (FDS), the VDP, and the water and forestry service.

The town's Secretary General, Mande Moumouni, emphasized that this initiative helps to clean up this public space. He took the opportunity to raise awareness among the population about the importance of keeping public spaces and their living environment clean.

The head of the Sanaba water and forestry department, Kouela Dieudonne, announced the resumption of their services. He urged the population to comply with the applicable regulations.
