Rwanda and Qatar Sign ICT Cooperation Agreement

Kigali: The Republic of Rwanda and the State of Qatar have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in the field of information and communications technology (ICT). This agreement represents a significant stride in ICT collaboration between the two countries.

According to Africa News Agency, The MoU was signed during an official visit by a Qatari delegation from the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology to Rwanda’s capital. This agreement is part of Qatar’s broader initiative to enhance its collaborations in the ICT sector in Africa, aiming to foster technological exchange and development between Qatar and Rwanda.
