Riyadh: The Russian delegation has arrived at the site of negotiations with the US delegation in Riyadh, a RIA Novosti correspondent reported on Monday. Russia is represented at the meeting by Grigory Karasin, head of the Russian upper house’s foreign affairs committee, and Sergei Beseda, an adviser to the director of the Federal Security Service (FSB).
According to Namibia Press Agency, the talks are expected to focus primarily on the nuances of a possible resumption of the initiative concerning the safety of navigation in the Black Sea. This topic was discussed during the last phone contact between the Russian and US presidents, highlighting its significance in the ongoing diplomatic engagements between the two nations.
