Russian grain exports to African countries are expected to begin by the end of November at most. This was reported by the Interfax news agency. The beneficiary nations will receive a volume of cereals of between 25,000 and 50,000 tonnes as announced by Vladimir Putin, the Russian President, during the Russia-Africa summit.
