Moscow: Moscow and Washington are making considerable efforts to normalize relations, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Tuesday.

According to Namibia Press Agency, Peskov emphasized the significance of the current security architecture and the nuclear capabilities of other countries in shaping discussions. He noted that both nations are actively working towards the potential start of complex negotiations aimed at improving bilateral relations.

Peskov further mentioned that despite these efforts, the restoration of relations and trust between Russia and the US relies heavily on the determination of the countries' leaders.
