Ouagadougou: The raising of the national colors highlights the challenges of the Departmental Water and Forestry Service: The ceremony for raising the national colors, organized this Monday at the Departmental Water and Forestry Service of Kampti, was an opportunity to reaffirm the commitment to republican values.
According to Burkina Information Agency, the demonstration also provided an opportunity to assess the difficulties facing the organization. The head of the department, Comrade TraorSondYacouba, advocated for improved infrastructure and working conditions, while the President of the Special Delegation (PDS), Comrade Massahiba AimSoulama, pledged to raise these concerns with the relevant authorities and explore solutions with technical and financial partners.
The national flag-raising ceremony took place this Monday at the Kampti Departmental Water and Forestry Service, in the presence of administrative and municipal authorities, defense and security forces, as well as the population.
On this occasion, the head of the departmental Water and Forestry Service, Mr. TraorSondYacouba, expressed his gratitude to the authorities and participants for their presence. After offering his greetings and thanks, he presented several requests aimed at improving the operational conditions of his service.
Concerns raised include the construction of a suitable administrative building, access to electricity and drinking water, securing the service area, and the construction of a fence to better protect the facilities.
Speaking at the event, the President of the Special Delegation (PDS) of Kampti commended the efforts of the Water and Forestry agents in carrying out their duties for the benefit of the municipality. He assured them that these grievances would be forwarded to higher authorities for review.
The PDS also indicated that the municipality will study, at its level, the possibilities of supporting the service by mobilizing partnerships with Technical and Financial Partners (TFPs), in order to provide progressive responses to the concerns expressed.
In closing his speech, he offered wishes of health, peace and success to all participants, wishing them an excellent month of August.
