Rabat Hosts 21st Annual Meeting: ARPCE Director General Appointed as FRATEL President

Rabat – The French-speaking Telecommunications Regulation Network (FRATEL) welcomed its new president during the conclusion of its 21st annual meeting, held on October 25 and 26 in Rabat, Morocco. The newly appointed president is the Director General of the Postal and Electronic Communications Regulatory Agency of Congo (ARPCE).

According to Africa News Agency, the ARPCE Director General will lead FRATEL in implementing its 2024 action plan. This plan encompasses a range of objectives including the exchange of best practices and addressing new regulatory challenges in digital markets due to ongoing transformations within the sector.
