‘Qualigo’ Launches to Revolutionize Delivery Services in Burkina Faso

Ouagadougou: The delivery company 'Qualigo' officially launched its operations this Saturday, December 27, 2025, in Ouagadougou. This initiative aims to modernize the delivery sector in Burkina Faso.

According to Burkina Information Agency, 'Qualigo' is a mobile application available on the Play Store that allows users to order deliveries in just a few clicks, providing a modern, fast, and secure service, as stated by the company's founder, Mohamed Isma«l Ouedraogo. He explained that the company specializes in express delivery, designed to simplify the daily lives of Burkinabe people. Ouedraogo emphasized that the company's mission is to save users time while offering a seamless and reliable experience.

One of Qualigo's major strengths lies in its real-time tracking system, which allows customers to follow every step of their delivery from their smartphone or computer. "All information is instantly accessible, ensuring complete transparency and peace of mind for the customer," he added. After Ouagadougou, the company plans to establish itself in Bobo-Dioulasso and the AES region.

The promoter invited the entire population to adopt 'Qualigo' to benefit from a high-quality, reliable, and fast delivery service. Mohamed Isma«l Ouedraogo was speaking at the official launch of 'Qualigo,' which aims to contribute to the development of Burkina Faso.

For her part, the Head of Communication and Marketing for 'Qualigo,' Byr Annick Pale, emphasized that through the 'Qualigo' application, it is possible to send or receive any type of package via an online order requiring the completion of a product information form. According to her, the application has integrated reliable and secure online payment solutions adapted to local habits, such as Orange Money, Moov Money, Coris Money, Sank Money, and PayPal.

Ms. Pale indicated that all services are designed to be express, to meet the urgency and needs of the local market, particularly in a rapidly growing capital like Ouagadougou. "We offer a service with competitive rates and availability seven days a week, from 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 a.m.," she added. "Through its values of innovation, transparency, and customer focus, 'Qualigo' aims to become the leading local express delivery service in Burkina Faso," she concluded.

The founder, Mohamed Isma«l Ouedraogo, is a former Burkinabe footballer who has now embarked on entrepreneurship to contribute to the development of Burkina Faso.
