Public Hearings Scheduled for the Division of Revenue Amendment Bill

CAPE TOWN – The standing and select committees on appropriations will conduct public hearings on the 2023 Division of Revenue Amendment Bill on Friday, 17 November 2023. This Bill, crucial for South Africa’s budgetary allocations, was introduced by the Minister of Finance during the budget speech on 22 February 2023.

According to Parliament of South Africa, scheduled from 09:00 to 13:00, the hearings will take place on a virtual platform. Parliamentary committees encourage media and public engagement.
