Richards Bay, South Africa – The Portfolio Committee on Small Business Development is set to conduct public hearings on the National Small Enterprise Amendment (NSEA) Bill in the King Cetshwayo District Municipality in Richards Bay. These hearings are part of the committee’s efforts to involve the public in the legislative process, in line with section 59(1)(a) of the South African Constitution.
According to parliament of South Africa, The NSEA Bill aims to establish the Small Enterprise Development Finance Agency and the Office of the Small Enterprise Ombud Service. The committee has invited interested individuals and organizations to participate in the hearings and share their views on the Bill.
