Ouagadougou: The Provincial Director of Preschool, Primary and Non-Formal Education (DPEPPNF) of Zoundweogo, Dominique Dipama, convened the first Management Council of the year in Manga. The meeting aimed to enhance preparations for the 2026 Primary School Certificate (CEP) exams and the entrance competition to sixth grade. It included presidents of juries from the seven Basic Education Districts (CEB) and other key education stakeholders.
According to Burkina Information Agency, the gathering focused on assessing the readiness for the upcoming school examinations. Participants, including district chiefs, department heads, and social partners, reviewed preparations for the CEP, sixth-grade entrance exams, and non-formal education assessments. Discussions included analyzing current budgets and identifying challenges in the organizational process, followed by formulating potential solutions.
Additionally, the meeting presented the results of provincial-level mock exams and a summary of second-quarter activities for evaluation. A total of 6,536 candidates are expected to participate in the 2026 exams in Zoundweogo, aiming to secure their first school diploma.
Dominique Dipama acknowledged the progress made by the stakeholders and expressed satisfaction while urging them to maintain rigor in test administration and information dissemination. He encouraged colleagues to sustain their efforts to meet the objectives set for the session.
