MOGADISHU – The Prime Minister of the Federal Government of Somalia, HE Hamza Abdi Barre, appointed Shamsa Abdulkadir Dahir as the Senior Advisor on Women’s Affairs and Human Rights.
According to a new release by Somali National News Agency, the appointment took place on Sunday.
