ADDIS ABABA – Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed emphasized the critical role of the youth in driving the nation’s innovation and the necessity of policy support to bring their ideas to fruition. In a statement made on X, the Prime Minister highlighted the goal of ‘Startup Ethiopia’ to create an ecosystem conducive to youth entrepreneurship and innovation.

According to Ethiopian News Agency, despite facing challenges, Ethiopia has launched numerous initiatives in the past five years aimed at overcoming these obstacles and unlocking opportunities for the youth.
