President of Bittou Special Delegation Calls for Continued Commitment to Flag-Raising Ceremony


Boulgou: The President of the Bittou Special Delegation (PDS), Mohamed Lamine Diabate, presided over the traditional raising of the colors on Monday, June 2, 2025, in the courtyard of Bittou town hall. The ceremony gathered members of the Bittou special delegation, directors of services, representatives of customary law, the FDS, and civil society.



According to Burkina Information Agency, Mathieu Guitanga, secretary general of Bittou town hall, emphasized the significance of the event, stating, “The raising of the colours is a moment for us to reaffirm our attachment and commitment to republican values ??and the symbol of our nation.” He expressed gratitude to the authorities, members of the special delegation, and the FDS for their continuous efforts in ensuring the resilience of the population.



Mr. Diabate conveyed his satisfaction with the participants and encouraged them to maintain their dedication to the rotating flag-raising practice. He also expressed his hopes for the smooth execution of the upcoming CEP and BEPC exams session 2025, scheduled to commence on June 3, 2025.
