Luanda: President Joo Louren§o recommended on Wednesday greater commitment from the newly appointed officials to better respond to the challenges of the country’s socio-economic development. The president made the call at the swearing-in ceremony of the new governor of Lunda-Sul Province, Gildo Matias Jos©, the Angolan ambassador to Botswana, Sandro Renato Agostinho de Oliveira, and the deputy director-general for Integration and Technological Development of the State Intelligence and Security Service (SINSE), Snia Luciana Pomplio da Silva Santos Paiva.
According to Angola Press News Agency, Joo Louren§o expressed his confidence in the performance of their new duties. ‘In this small swearing-in ceremony, I would like to take this opportunity to wish those taking office much success in the performance of the duties they will carry out from today onwards,’ the president said.
