Gourma/Education: The educational activities of the 2024-2025 school year of the Preschool Awakening and Education Center (CEEP) of sector 11 of Fada N’Gourma, ended on Thursday, May 29, 2025, in a good-natured atmosphere. After 8 months of effort, the time has come, in accordance with the regulatory texts, for the Preschool Awakening and Education Center (CEEP) of sector 11 of Fada N’Gourma, to close, on Thursday, May 29, 2025, its educational activities for the school year.

According to Burkina Information Agency, during this school year, the center cared for 235 children, comprising 119 boys and 116 girls. These children were supported by the educational staff, led by CEEP director Christine Kaboré, who noted the dedication of the staff despite facing several challenges.

Christine Kaboré detailed the activity execution rates for the year, highlighting that the small section achieved 80%, the middle section 75%, and the large section 99%. This was accomplished under the supervision of three permanent educ
ators, six trainees, two cooks, and one caretaker.

The closing ceremony was festive, aiming to prepare the children to enter their holidays with enthusiasm. The children, dressed in traditional outfits, performed dances, poetry, ballet, and theatre under the guidance of their teachers.

Ms. Kaboré emphasized the importance of children going on vacation with happy and enriching memories and encouraged parents to engage in activities that stimulate their children during the holidays, suggesting it is an ideal time for them to discover the world around them.
