Police are requesting public’s assistance in reuniting a missing elderly man with his family

Police in Bushbuckridge seek the public’s assistance in reuniting a 64-year-old pensioner, Thabang Sefadi Mokoena with his family.

Mokoena was last seen by his father at a liquor outlet in Saselani near Bushbuckridge on 27 April 2023. His father could not remember the type of clothes his son, Thabang was wearing at the time of his disappearance. There are also reports by the family that Mokoena is mentally challenged.

Anyone who might know his whereabouts may contact Detective Warrant Officer, Nicole Setwane on 079 391 9834 or call the Crime Stop number at 08600 10111. Alternatively members of the public can send information via MySAPS App. All received information will be treated as confidential and callers may opt to remain anonymous.
