ADDIS ABABA – Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed held discussions with Akinwumi Adesina, the President of the African Development Bank Group (AfDB), the Office of the Prime Minister announced. The meeting took place as the 37th Ordinary Session of the Assembly of the Union got underway.
According to Ethiopian News Agency, the discussions centered on the AfDB’s ongoing and future engagements in Ethiopia. Prime Minister Abiy and President Adesina engaged in a comprehensive dialogue, focusing on the bank’s contributions to Ethiopia’s development initiatives.
