Moscow: Plans to hold a high-level meeting on Ukraine in London have been altered due to issues with the convergence of participants’ views, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov announced on Thursday.
According to Namibia Press Agency, Peskov explained that while expert consultations took place in London, the lack of negotiations and alignment among supporters led to changes in the plans for a higher political-level meeting. He highlighted that Moscow has observed certain differences in the negotiation process regarding the Ukrainian settlement between the United States, Europe, and Ukraine.
